With all the rapid explosion in popularity 1st Phorm is having all over social media and the internet, I decided it was time to see what all the hype was about. My local supplement shop carries 1st Phorm Phormula-1 in about 10 different flavors. I love a good watermelon flavor, so I decided to give that one a try with pretty high hopes thanks to all the high reviews and social media hype.
