Ingredients Explained

Citrulline: Converts in the body to arginine that then supplies the body with nitric oxide (NO). NO expands the blood vessels to give that nice “pump”, but more importantly helps provide the muscles with more oxygen and nutrients. Correct dosing is 3gm to 10gm daily, with 6gm providing the most effect for the cost. (1)

Betaine: When the body is stressed, like during rigorous exercise, the by-product homocysteine is produced. Increased level of homocysteine can lead to muscle fatigue. Betaine, along with B12 & Folic acid, convert homocysteine back into methionine and can help increase muscular endurance and time to exhaustion. (2)

Caffeine: Everyone is already familiar with the affects of caffeine for helping wake you up, give you energy to jumpstart you day, and helping maintain focus to knock out those reps. (4)

Taurine: When used in combination with caffeine, taurine has been shown to amplify the effects of caffeine. Also the two together have shown to increase performance, including strength & power, while also reducing fatigue. (3)

B12 & Folic Acid: Many adults are low or deficient in their B12 & folic acid levels, so we’ve included them just in case to make sure you have plenty to let the betaine do its job.
